The Duty Pro.327 Story
Hello, my name is Darryl Robb, and I am the founder and President of Duty Pro.327.
My journey in public safety began back in 1990, when I volunteered as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) with the Wheaton Volunteer Rescue Squad. From those humble beginnings, I developed a deep passion for emergency services and a respect for the discipline, teamwork, and preparation the field demands. In 1993, I advanced my training by entering the paramedic program, a decision that would lay the foundation for a lifelong career in helping others during their most critical moments.
Throughout my career, I was blessed to work alongside some of the finest professionals in the field. I served on the renowned Transport Team at Children's National Medical Center, gaining invaluable experience caring for critically ill and injured children. I later embarked on a long and rewarding career with Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Service, where I rose through the ranks to the position of Captain. Over those years, I honed not only my clinical skills but also leadership, decision-making, and the ability to stay calm and decisive under extreme pressure.
Through it all, I have had the privilege of working in a wide variety of settings — from prehospital 911 response, inter-facility transports, special events, to federal deployments — treating both adults and children facing life-threatening emergencies.
Today, through Duty Pro.327, it is my mission and calling to pass that experience on to you. I teach out of a deep passion for this craft, and from a heartfelt duty to empower you with the confidence, preparation, and readiness you need to make a difference — because when the moment comes, hesitation is not an option.
At Duty Pro.327, our training is more than just certification — it is a commitment to excellence and service. Together, we will ensure that you are ready to step forward and help save a life when it matters most.
Proverbs 3:27 — "Do not withhold good from those to whom it is due, when it is in your power to act."
